Designed by Vittorio Parigi & Nani Prina, the "Orix" desk consist in a hard molded plastic top clicked over a steel chromed frame, the glass lid top and the handy lamp. It’s called the Orix multi-purpose desk. 

This was how the only piece of furniture in ABS manufactured by Molteni & Co. Designed in 1970 and produced in 1971, Italy.
