An Historical design piece produced in the former DDR ( Deutsch Demokratische Republik) in the 1960s. Branded "Richard Essig" and distribuited in West Germany under his brand-name.

DDR or GDR (German Democratic Republic) was solved in 1989 with the fall of the Berlin Wall  and with the end of the cold war.

A large chandelier composed by 25 arms, 13 bulbe lights and 12 smaller crystal-glass globes. All 26 metal rods in silver aluminium connected to a ivory lacquered egg-shell.
